Tax deadlines you never have to think about.
We keep the books, file the VAT and Corporate Tax returns, and stand behind the numbers when the Federal Tax Authority asks. For businesses in Abu Dhabi and across the UAE.

Three numbers decide what you have to file.
Most of the penalties we are asked to fix come from a business getting one of these three wrong. A ten-minute conversation tells you which side of them you are on.
AED 375,000
VAT registration becomes mandatory
Once taxable supplies over the past 12 months pass this, or you expect to pass it within 30 days. Voluntary registration opens at AED 187,500.
9%
Corporate Tax above AED 375,000
Taxable income up to AED 375,000 is taxed at 0%. Registration is required whether or not you reach the threshold.
AED 3,000,000
Small Business Relief ceiling
Revenue at or below this level can elect to be treated as having no taxable income — but the election has consequences worth checking first.
Figures are the published UAE Federal Tax Authority rules. Your own position depends on your licence, structure and turnover.
Still doing your own books?
It looks manageable right up until it is not. One missed registration, one quarter of unposted invoices, and a routine filing becomes a correction, a penalty and a fortnight of your time.
Deadlines stop being obvious
Deadline riskVAT runs quarterly, Corporate Tax annually, and each has its own clock. Nobody sends you a reminder that counts.
Records get harder to fix later
Record gapsA receipt you cannot place in March is a guess by December. Reconstruction always costs more than recording.
You stop being able to see the business
Low visibilityWithout a monthly close there is no margin, no debtor days and no cash forecast — only the bank balance.
Left alone
- Scattered records and a last-minute scramble
- Filings built from estimates
- Penalties found out about after the fact
- No reliable view of profit or cash
With us
- A ledger closed on a fixed date each month
- Returns built from reconciled books
- Deadlines tracked before they arrive
- Numbers you can make decisions with
Five things, done properly.
Everything below runs off one set of books. That is the point — the tax return, the bank report and the management pack all reconcile to the same ledger.

All packages are quoted after a short review of your books. The fee is fixed for the term and shown in writing before any work begins — we do not bill by surprise.

A conversation
Twenty minutes on the phone or in the office. What you do, what is registered, what is filed, what is worrying you. No charge and no obligation.
A position review
We look at the licence, the turnover and whatever records exist, then tell you plainly what has to be registered, filed or corrected — and by when.
A fixed quote
A written scope and a fixed monthly or one-off fee. You approve it before any work starts.
We take it over
Books kept, deadlines tracked, returns filed, and a named person you can call. You find out about a deadline before it arrives, not after.
What we can show you.
Only figures we can point at a source for. When a number here is missing it is because we will not publish one we cannot evidence.

The questions we answer most often, written down properly.
What an ICV certificate is actually scored on
In-Country Value is an accounting exercise before it is a procurement one. What goes into the score, where it is usually lost, and why the work starts with your audited accounts.
Read the article →Small Business Relief: is it actually worth electing?
Revenue at or below AED 3,000,000 lets you elect to be treated as having no taxable income. It is not automatically the better answer, and here is what you give up.
Read the article →When is your UAE Corporate Tax return due?
Nine months from the end of your tax period — with worked dates for the common year ends, and why the deadline that actually binds you is an earlier one.

Common questions
Do I have to register for VAT?
You must register once your taxable supplies over the previous 12 months exceed AED 375,000, or once you expect to exceed it within the next 30 days. You may register voluntarily from AED 187,500. Turnover is measured on the taxable supplies of the business, not on profit — which is why businesses with thin margins are often caught by surprise.
My company barely trades. Do I still have to do anything?
Almost certainly yes. Corporate Tax registration is required of taxable persons regardless of whether they make a profit, and a VAT-registered business must file a return for every tax period even when there is nothing to declare. A nil return still has to be filed on time.
When is my Corporate Tax return due?
Within nine months of the end of your tax period. For a financial year ending 31 December, that means the following 30 September. The return must be prepared from closed accounts, so the real deadline is the one for finishing your books — several months earlier.
Our books are two years behind. Can you still help?
Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. We bring the ledger up to date, reconcile it, close the open periods, and then deal with any registrations or filings that were missed. It is always cheaper to fix than to leave.
Do you work with free zone companies?
Yes. A free zone entity still registers for Corporate Tax, and the 0% rate on qualifying income only applies if specific conditions are met and kept. We review whether you meet them and what would break them.
What does it cost?
Bookkeeping and compliance are quoted as a fixed monthly fee based on transaction volume and the number of registrations you hold. One-off work is quoted as a fixed price. You see the fee in writing before anything starts — we do not bill by surprise.
Not sure what you are supposed to have filed?
That is the most common reason people call us, and it is the easiest thing to fix early. Tell us the basics and we will tell you where you stand.
